Our return policy is as follows:


RS Luxury Collection (Pty) Ltd  will only cover the shipping fees for the return of defective or incorrect items.
If the customer would like to make an exchange, the customer would need to return the product to our warehouse at their own expense in its original packaging with a covering letter detailing the reasons for the exchange of the product and their contact details. Returns for exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase.

Returns and refunds will not be accepted for used products or products on our non-returnable list (see below).
Returned or exchanged items must be in their original packaging and returned within 7 days from the day of purchase.

A non negotiable handling fee of 10% is charged on all items returned or exchanged. 

Online orders are carefully packaged and inspected via a check list system to check for any Damages, Defects or Breakages before the package is handed to the courier. Therefore we will not be liable for any Damages, Defects or Breakages that occur once the products leave our warehouse.
However, if the product is factory damaged RS Luxury Collection (Pty) Ltd will fully refund the product value, which will need to be determined once the goods are returned to RS Luxury Collection (Pty) Ltd and inspected in a process of 5 to 7 working days from the date the goods has been received. 
If need be the goods will be sent back to the supplier to check and determine if the item can be replaced or fixed.

Shipping charges will not be refunded under any circumstances.

In the event that the customer would like to be assisted with the courier process, RS Luxury Collection (Pty) Ltd will assist with the courier collection from the client to our Warehouse. The shipping costs will then be deducted from the total value of the returned goods.

Refunds are processed within 4 to 5 working days. Exchanges are dispatched within 2 to 4 working days (subject to availability) after the items have been inspected and approved by the Operations Manager or any personnel with the authority to approve exchanges.

No returns will be allowed for any of the following items:

*Custom-made orders such as cushion covers, throw blankets, furniture and floral arrangements.

*All Furniture items.

*All Mirrors and Wall Decor.

*Imported items such as Luxury Branded Decor Books, Artificial Trees, Artificial Leaves, Artificial Flowers and Artificial Orchids.
